Do I have to pre-register to attend The AIS Linen Show?
Pre-registration online is advisable to guarantee your free parking, lunch and refreshments. 

I have completed the online registration process, when will I receive my entrance ticket?
After registering online you will receive a confirmation email that allows you to print your entrance ticket to bring on the day. 

The AIS Linen Show takes place at Cranmore Park, AIS head office. Is the show open to non-AIS buyers?
Yes, our show is open to retail buyers who are not AIS members. However, admission is restricted to the second day only. 

I am a new start-up independent retailer, can I still attend?
Yes- as long as you have a VAT registered company name. Please note that you may be required to pay pro-forma on any orders you place with exhibitors.

Are there cash points at Cranmore Park?
There are no cash point facilities at Cranmore Park; however lunch, refreshments throughout your visit and onsite parking are all free.

Are there cloakroom facilities at Cranmore Park?
There is an un-attended cloakroom which you are welcome to use. However, anything left there is done so at the owners risk.
